Our multi-disciplinary Implementation Team has extensive experience with mobility deployments of all sizes. They work closely with all stakeholders—clinical, business, and IT—to achieve a successful rollout following a three-stage process:

  1. Kickoff
    Through an on-site meeting, we review project scope and goals, validate the project team, define steps to achieve all project objectives, and confirm that all expectations and timelines are mutually understood and agreed upon.
  2. Implementation
    At every step in the process, the AirStrip Implementation Team works closely with your institution’s key stakeholders to facilitate a smooth installation and avoid potential disruption. Regular project meetings help ensure all critical success factors are met.
  3. Go Live/Ongoing Support
    Your AirStrip representative will be present on site to help ensure a smooth go-live. Hands-on training for both administrators and users enables rapid adoption and time-to-benefit. After the go-live, AirStrip’s 24-hour Technical Support is there whenever you need assistance.
